FAQ
How do we book?
First, you need to check if I am are available on your date. You can do this by emailing me or by phoning. We can arrange a meeting so we can discuss your wedding requirements and there is no pressure or charge for this consultation.

The booking process is all done online. If you wish to go ahead, I just need a few details.

• Names
• Contact numbers
• eMail addresses
• Home address

There is a standard agreement for you both to sign and a £200 booking fee which is balanced against your final payment. Then we are all set to go.
What different packages and services do you offer?
I know just how difficult the process of choosing a wedding photographer can be, so I try to keep things as simple as possible. If you choose my base digital package you can add an album later on or even after the wedding. Its not a problem.

I offer Wedding Albums, Engagement sessions, Signature Mounts, Framing and many more services.
Are there travel costs involved?
Travel is included if the wedding is held within 50 miles of Nottingham. Beyond that a fair cost for travel is asked for, to cover diesel.
What kind of coverage do you offer? How long will you stay at the wedding?
Generally from bridal preparations to the first dance but I love to tell the whole story so if you have something extra in mind please let me know. Also, if you want coverage to start from the service - that’s ok too.
I hate posing, do I have to pose?
I totally get this. 95% of my clients also hate posing. Posing is not a natural thing to do but I have a little system that works. If you would rather not have any portraits, thats fine also, its your wedding so its your call.
What happens if I have to cancel our wedding?
I sincerely hope you don’t, but if you do please let me know as soon as possible. Unfortunately a booking prevents me taking another booking for that date so I am unable to refund the booking fee. Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the wedding will result in payment in full.

If the date of the wedding is postponed and I am still available on that date we can apply all monies paid towards the fees for the new date.
