I am not restricted to wedding photography in Nottingham but love to cover the whole of the East Midlands and all around the UK. I can quote for a destination wedding in the UK or worldwide but I love wedding photography UK.

Have you ever had the chance to visit either the beautiful and stately “Jesmond Dene House” or even the modern, contemporary and even funky art gallery the “Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art”? No? Well may I strongly suggest that you take a leaf out of Eva and Nick’s book and pay them both a visit!

I was lucky enough to be able to see both these amazing venues in one day as Eva and Nick had chosen these radically different venues for their special day and the photography opportunities were fantastic. Jesmond Dene House was chosen for the service and I was on hand to photograph the gorgeous Eva while she was getting ready for her big day. My trusty right-hand-man, Max, as second camera was in prime position to capture all the antics that Nick and the boys were sure to get up to.

Shooting this wedding was one of the most exciting experiences I have had in terms of varied locations and backdrops! Following the traditional service held at the stately home, we then quickly proceeded downtown for, quite possibly, the largest Chinese banquet that I have ever feasted eyes upon, or feasted upon full stop for that matter!

Yet the ride was only halfway through! Taking the amazing Millennium Bridge across the Tyne, with a few suitably romantic and dramatic shots along the way, the wedding reception was to take place in the stunning Baltic Centre for Contemporary Arts. I can honestly say I haven’t seen anything like it and wow! What a choice for a wedding reception!

Having never photographed in Newcastle before I was really, really impressed by the people and the locations and I would love to shoot up there again soon! The sooner the better!
